After relocating from the busy life of London to the serene shores of Guernsey, Kirstie brought with her a wealth of experience in the leisure and fitness sector. She embarked on a mission to foster wellness and a sense of community on the island she just calls home. 

It was a personal journey that first started her passion for cold water sea swimming, especially after her husband's health scare a few years prior. Immersing herself in research and exploring top-notch sauna spots across the UK, Kirstie had an idea to marry the authentic Nordic bathing traditions with the invigorating thrill of cold-water immersion. 

Thus, Hot Haus Guernsey was born.
